You can contact me by telephone, email or through my contact form.  At this stage all I need is an initial hello to tell me what your thoughts and requirements are.  If I'm able to help, I will arrange a visit with you at your home to discuss your requirements.  (All relevant COVID protocols will be followed).  The home consultation is free of charge and will allow me to review and finalise your requirements including budget and timescales.  I will bring a selection of fabric samples to your home along with samples of work.  Pole and track samples will also be available if these are required.

Once a final decision has been made on your chosen fabric and style, I will provide a detailed, no obligation quote. Should you choose to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is requested. Once received I then begin the process by ordering all the supplies required to enable me to start your project.

If you have chosen to purchase a track or pole, we can contact a professional fitter who will make an appointment with you in advance. This is necessary so that accurate measurements can be taken before the curtain making begins.
(Please note that a professional fitter comes at an extra cost. If this service is required, his quote will be included separately on the initial quote provided by myself). 

Fitting and final measurements


Once your curtains are made they will be hung in my workroom for around three days to allow for the fabric to settle. During this stage I will contact you to arrange the delivery.  On the day of delivery I will install your soft furnishings to ensure you are happy.  The remaining 50% payment will be required the day of the fitting.  Payment can be made at the time of installation by cash or by a BACS payment.
